"Solo female travel cross country. Felt safe. Great check in and out. Great location, shops and restaurants walking distance. Go see ELVIS! :) Only downside was that the hotel was “loud”; for example, when someone down the hall closed a door it sounded like it slammed right beside yours. Echoing. But I would def stay again regardless."

"Only one ice machine was in working condition which was on the 3rd floor. None of the soda machines were working. Everything else was great."

"Staff were friendly & check-in and check-out were easy. Bed was clean & comfortable. Room was spacious. However, the bath area & outlets need updating. Parts of the tub were dirty and some caulking needed replacing. The tissue holder was falling out of the wall. None of the outlets would keep things plugged in and the charging ports didn’t work."

"The hotel served its basic purpose as a place to stay, but unfortunately that’s about the only positive I can mention. Upon arrival, the property felt noticeably unclean, and even the front doors didn’t fully open, which made for a poor first impression. At one point, a guest was getting her hair done in the lobby, and after kneeling on the floor, her white pants were visibly dirty—this pretty much summed up the condition of the place. On a positive note, the staff was very friendly and accommodating throughout the stay. However, the room view overlooked someone’s backyard with Christmas lights, which was a bit underwhelming. The “continental breakfast” was also disappointing. It’s more of a grab-and-go setup, offering mini muffins, yogurt, a granola bar, and an apple—nothing substantial. Overall, while the staff was great, the cleanliness and overall condition of the hotel really need improvement."
