If you’re going to have a virtual check-in process, people should be armed with all of the information necessary to enter the room when they arrive at or after 3 o’clock. The people attending this process are slow to respond. "

The staff was super friendly and very timely with any questions I had. I had a small efficiency and there is a nice grocery store one block away. You have to sit outside until you do a lot of paperwork and pay them an extrat $19 cleaning fee not seen in the listing. Also the kitchen is huge big and top notch but it is limited - for example it only has one small bent frying pan."
