I asked the front desk for some shave cream he gave me a mini squeeze bottle, figured it would be complementary. WRONG! Next day I was charged $3.85. I was not told I had to buy it! You have to pay for your room stay ahead of time ..what?? Always ask if the pools are open. They were empty? "
