"I was somewhat taken back when the front counter woman said she needed a card for incidentals. What incidentals? The hotel offered nothing-no vending machines, no items for sale to eat or drink in the reception area. Also the whole part of where you turn on the hot/cold on the sink moved when I attempted to turn on the cold. There was a damp musty smell throughout the hallway"
