"The air conditioning in my room would not work. The front desk staff (the next morning) was rude during checkout. There was a work even set up with this hotel and early check in before 3:00 was impossible (even though they had two shuttles reserved for 2:30 and 2:45…."

"This Ramada has been our mid-way stop point for years. It has a fantastic restaurant, a nice hot breakfast buffet with potatoes, scrambled eggs, sausage biscuits and the best sausage gravy! They offer a meticulously mainained heated indoor pool and hot tub, and large guest rooms that are also clean and updated. The beds, pillows and linens are nice and comfy, and the blackout drapes keep it dark until you're ready to get up. The staff are always helpful and friendly."

"The young lady who was the receptionist for the evening was WONDERFUL. So helpful. We had a problem with the window not latching (we were on the ground level, so not safe) and she moved us to another room. I asked about a nearby restaurant and commented that I wanted something special because it was my husband’s birthday, and when we came back from dinner, she had a little goodie bag for him … with travel snacks, etc. So thoughtful! Thad made the stay very worthwhile. Breakfast was only average. I didn’t use laundry, but looked very clean. Room was clean and spacious, but pillows were weird (small and very hight)."
