"I can’t say enough about this hotel. I was in a situation where my kids drove from California to Kansas, and we know nothing about Kansas other than the fact that my kids are relocating there and this hotel and their staff went out of their way for my kids and I called the hotel several times and talked to the same gentleman repeatedly and he was always kind and understanding and so helpful to me and I can’t say enough about this place if and when I do visit Kansas, this is definitely where I would stay"

"Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and I would gladly stay here again. I do have a few suggestions for improvement: 1. I was traveling with a knee injury and requested a first-floor room. I was told none were available due to renovations, but I noticed several first-floor rooms that appeared unoccupied and no renovation work taking place during my stay. If those rooms were unavailable for another reason, better communication would have been appreciated. 2. There was no mention of the additional $20 pet fee when I booked through Expedia, even though I specifically selected a pet-friendly property. I believe this fee should be disclosed more clearly during the booking process to avoid surprises. 3. I had originally booked a room with one king bed but was assigned a room with two double beds instead. Since I was traveling alone, it wasn’t a major issue, and I only used one bed. However, the bed I slept in wasn’t particularly comfortable. Again, this wasn’t a significant problem, but it was the only aspect of the room that fell short of an otherwise excellent stay. Overall, the staff was friendly, the room was excellent, and I had a very enjoyable stay. I would definitely consider staying here again."
