"We got there just after 6pm. The place was open but there is no reception, nor was anyone there to greet us and no phone number to call. Fortunately there was a couple of guys staying there who were able to call someone who let us into our room. "We had an amazing stay in Belgium. Daniellle our host was sweet and welcoming. We stayed in the Gite Atelier and it felt as if we were at home. We travelled from the U.K. to the property, which is located centrally and the property is close to the airport near Charleroi which made it easy to collect my parents from. The farm was magical, which made our Christmas memorable. The Gite are self catered which means you do have to bring everything from towels to groceries you require, but this only...

The hotel staff were always available, addressing any needs with professionalism and a personal touch. Their exceptional service made me feel right at home. The fitness center was functional, and the hotel's location was great, with easy access to local attractions and business centers.
