"The hotel was lovely and situated in a great spot for transport links and also sightseeing. The hotel room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was really good. All the staff were very helpful. The only complaint we had was that the hotel had no internet for the whole time that we stayed there. I know this was outside the hotels control but it was disappointing as we were there for four nights."

"Room was small but well presented and spotlessly clean. Bed was very comfortable and shower water hot and plentiful. However the hotel is not suitable for disabled with steps and no ramp to access the reception though a wheelchair lift is available to get from reception to the lifts. Important note! There is no lift from the hotel underground carpark (where guests are restricted to floor minus 3) to ground level and the walk upstairs from this level is challenging for the elderly and impossible for those in wheelchairs."

"The electrics were appalling our room was filled with smoke and eventually we had to be sent to a new hotel with very poor directions which took us an hour to find"

"Arrived at 3.15pm, told check in wasnt till 4pm. I said I would have a drink but was told bar dosent open till 6pm. No room in the resturant, even though we booked in for 2 nights. On the plus side, the room was ok. The breakfast and evening meal the following evening were very good. Prices were good so overall ok. Earlier check in and the cafe bar open would have been better as I had to go into the resort to get a coffee. Not sure I would return. "

"The property and surrounding area was very clean. We had all the utensils needed for cooking and cleaning. Staff were helpful and available when needed. The check in and information website was really helpful and gave us great ideas of things to do. The swimming pool was excellent. Very clean and fun for the kids. The only things to note, for young children one of the play areas is too damaged for use, and it would be useful is to note the required swimwear (i.e. Lycra only and no shorts)."

"The room was ideal for our one night stay over and we loved the view from the large window. We was disappointed that when having pre dinner drinks, despite the restaurant being empty, we was told to move from the outside seating area to inside by the bar unless we was eating. We explained that we was unsure if we was eating at the hotel as was waiting for the menu. We was still told that we had to move with no menu being provided. After already waiting for 10 minutes despite four staff being in the area to be served a drink this made us decide to not eat there. We had toured various places in France over the previous 7 nights and had not experienced anything other than excellent and friendly staff and so was shocked by the staff in this hotel."

"No A/C, I forgot to check so that's on me, however they had a fan. Also the pool access cost extra... Street parking was available very close by. Breakfast (supplement) was fine."
