"My worst experience with an apartment. On my first day, when I came back in the evening after exploring the city, I noticed someone had gone through my bags and an envelop with cash in Chilean pesos (hidden in an inside pocket, not in plain sight) was missing. This had never happened to me before, not even in hostels... Minutes later, I was meeting the property manager to pay for the apartment. I explained the problem and asked who had the keys to the apartment. Apparently, only the cleaning...

Ich strandete in Concepción weil die Personen gar nicht wussten, dass die Wohnung reserviert war. Die Wohnung, war schon vergeben. Gott sei Dank bekam eine andere Wohnung in ein anderes Gebäude. Obwohl hotels die Mieter nicht informiert hatte, verlangte hotels 108euro für eine Fiktive Stornierung. "

"Absolutely loved our stay here. The staff was lovely, our cabin was perfect and we loved the food. We especially enjoyed breakfast delivered to our cabin. There was plenty to keep the kids occupied. The whole experience was peaceful and relaxing…much needed! The only complaint is that Expedia says it is 42 minutes away from Nevados de Chillan ski resort.
