"Towels too old, bedsheets too old and looks like ain't changed. Wifi okay. Kitchen no idea. Staff was okay they responded about our call that someone knocking our door, heard loud bangs in other room and hallway. Someone fighting and yelling at 5am in the morning."

"The room overall was clean but the drain plug doesn’t stay closed in the tub, the tv didn’t work, the pool was arctic cold and unswimmable for the kids. Also don’t like walking to a non-smoking room through a heavily smoking hallway with a child, and didn’t appreciate seeing staff smoking so close to the main door. "
