"The room was very clean. I was very happy with that. Mo stray hairs in the bathroom anywhere, or in the bed (and yes we have found them before). Maintenance wise, there was some peeling wallpaper in a couple of places. It wasnt an issue. It just made the place look older than it needed to look. I didnt get a chance to use the pool because it was too small. There were too many people in there and it left you feeling claustrophobic. You couldn't enjoy yourself. That was a me problem I guess, not something they could control. I did love love love the coffee machine. I wanted to bring it home. It was the best coffee ive ever had. The staff were great who worked the front desk. The biggest complaint I think we have is with the housekeeping. The come around at an ungodly hour, beat on the door, and give you 2 secs to answer before they use their key to open the door to come in. If someone is not answering, that tells me that they are sleeping, or prefere to not be disturbed. I was really bothered by someone just walking in. A hotel should ask when a person checks in. Do you wish to have housekeeping in the mornings, yes, what time? No, ok thank you we will put you on the no list and if you need supplies you will have to come get them yourself. Easy. That was really my only complaint. Otherwise it was a nice stay."
