"I have stayed here numerous times over the years and I have to say this time my room was not clean. After talking to manager, someone did come clean the main floor in my room but my feet were still very dirty after walking barefoot on them. Bathroom floor had dirt and hair in every corner even after asking them to clean them. Had to ask for shampoo and lamp didn’t work on the desk. One of the hot water heaters went down, so no hot water one of the mornings. Although manager and workers were pleasant, I’m still very disappointed in the cleanliness and overall stay. After always staying here for many years when visiting family, I will stay further away in a different hotel."
