"I was put in a room where the key didn’t work. I made multiple trips to the front desk due to my key not working. It never worked and I couldn’t be moved because the rooms were allegedly all booked. Maintenance or whoever it was, had to let me in but I never got a key. So, I couldn’t even leave my room that night. I kept calling the front desk but no one ever answered. Phone in the room didn’t work so I had to use my cell. There was no WiFi password in the room and I never got access to that either. The whole point was for me to work and relax. However, I could do neither. I eventually ended up just leaving the hotel at like 2am. Never had such a terrible experience with a hotel. I’m not blaming the staff. I honestly think the issue was beyond them. I have never had a hotel where the room key never worked and they had to use a machine to let me in "
