"We did not request a room for a hearing impaired person, but that’s the room that we were assigned. While the main sleeping area looked clean the bathroom’s condition made us wonder. The bathroom floor tiles were lifting, the grout was missing in several places, and there was mold in several places. I would not recommend this Holiday Inn location."
"The hotel is very pleasant, and the staff is very attentive. My only recommendation is that the room cleaning should be more thorough; at least in my room, I had to request cleaning service, body wash because there wasn’t any since we arrived, a towel change, and trash removal. That part needs improvement, but the hotel and the people are very kind, and they resolved the situation for me quickly. Breakfast is great!"
