"Checked in late night, Air-conditioner was not working took an hour to make it running, during check in I informed door knob was broken. They came and looked at but didn't fix or give us different room. During using the washroom, I noticed that there was a water leak from the tube. Called receptionist and complained. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They personalise their service and provide excellent hospitality. Mr Minahj of the hotel restaurant very nice. He personally remembered my requests and followed it to the T the next day. Staff are very keen on improving their service and they are open to hear what you want.
