"We have stayed in this hotel in February 2026 and have given comments on no housekeeping!! We decides to go back this August to see whether it's improved but not at all. Wondering the house keeper has schedule for daily cleaning or they only clean whenever they feel like to.
Front desk staffs are helpful and nice!
Airport shuttle are great!
Breakfast for Saturday and Sunday during my stay, happens to be buffer, choices not that good! Besides, the breakfast area floor is always sticky.
Room is acceptable on Friday upon check-in.
However, one of the corner tile is missing.
The next day, house keeper do change towels and remove trash. But it happens again on Sunday, no removal of trash and no replacement of towels. Again, we were wondering is there a daily cleaning schedule for each house keeper."
