"The electronic system needs to be improved, the room card, sometimes work, sometimes it doesn’t I was going back and forth to the reception to get it reactivated, the same thing with the elevator, the card doesn’t always work. Please let the customer know if they book online, if it’s a classic booking, they won’t have a fridge in their room! Luckily I was moved to a room with a fridge after I complain! Thumbs up for that! Overall I enjoyed my stay and the buffet is great"

"Maybe the best hotel in town, but more by lack of serious competition. Rooms are good and very clean, view on Congo river is very nice. High end rooms offer no additional superficy nor comfort, just access to a very poor lounge, so absolutely not worth the additional charge. Pool, parking and restaurants are of the expected level. BUT: prices for drinks and meals are outrageous. 7USD for a small bottle of water, 5 USD for an expresso, 50 USD for breakfast, 90USD for a bottle of poor Chablis wine...

"Feels luxurious. Only thing missing is a pool. A facility like this should come with a pool at this price… It’s overpriced for what they offer. The only ‘’walk’’ around the facility is the shopping mall. Maybe the location does not allow a walkable garden but it would be a nice addition. "
