"The hotel is beautiful and historical however there was only warm water available for showering at 9pm, water was freezing cold or luke warm. The hotel advertisement states they have a laundry service, when I asked the receptionist she advised they did not have a laundry service. We also had to ask for clean towels and the bed to be changed and room to be cleaned. The room which was the Presidential suite 316 was cold on arrival, radiators not on for the duration of our stay, there was air con unit for heating however wasn’t very effective. The porter was very helpful and an asset to the hotel, unfortunately I wouldn’t stay there again. "

Diyarbakır'da zor bulunan yeni nesil kahveci ararsanız o bile 50m yanınızda. Kahvaltısız konakladığımız için o kısma şahit olmadık. Otel aynı zamanda taksi mesafesi olarak havalimanına 15-20dk mesafede. Diyarbakır'a yeniden yolum düşerse tekrar konaklamak isterim. "
