The room was spotless, almost dust-free, which shows how thoughtful they were. The only downside is that there's no park downstairs for a walk, but otherwise, everything was great"

Just to flag that soundproofing between rooms isn't great (could easily hear next door's TV and running water every time they used the bathroom), so not ideal if you're a light sleeper. "
