Hotel Indigo Omaha Downtown by IHG
2/10 Terrible
"AC didn’t not work and staff said they put a work order in and when we got back from eating and concert nothing was done. No one was at the front desk when we check out to address this issue."

Embassy Suites by Hilton Omaha Downtown Old Market
10/10 Excellent
"We travel with a dog and we love the welcoming attitude. We love the large open areas where we can walk inside and the park area outside is fabulous. Food is available in the hotel and within easy walking distance in the Old Market. Plus, it's easy to get back on the road. We've stayed there several times and would definitely stay again. "

Days Inn by Wyndham Omaha NE
10/10 Excellent
"Was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the Days Inn was. We've stayed here twice in one of the renovated rooms and it is a great place to stay if you want a budget motel close to everything. "

Magnolia Hotel Omaha
10/10 Excellent
"We had a great stay overall and would definitely come back. The building itself is beautiful and has a lot of character, and everything felt well-maintained. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming.
The location is another big plus - being so close to the Old Market area made it super convenient to walk to shops, restaurants, and explore the area without needing to drive much.
Breakfast was decent. It’s not included, but the paid option had enough variety to start the day.
We also appreciated that when an issue came up, the staff tried to make it right. We had originally booked the hotel because it advertised a complimentary shuttle. When I reached out ahead of time to ask about reserving it, I was told they no longer offered that service. While that was disappointing and a bit inconvenient since we had to rely on rideshares, the hotel did offer a breakfast credit upon request to help offset the extra cost.
The only real downside to our stay was the shower setup. It’s quite small and has an awkward step up from the bathroom, and unfortunately, water tended to spill out onto the floor pretty easily.
Overall, despite a couple of minor issues, we really enjoyed our stay thanks to the cleanliness, location, and friendly staff."

AmericInn by Wyndham Omaha
2/10 Terrible
"The place was dirty. The same breakfast everyday-waffles ,cereal or toast. There was 8-12 in.space between the tub and the toilet. They did not clean our room our entire stay. The air conditioning and the heat was so loud you had to turn the tv up. There was a peice of gum stuck to my pillow under the case. A charge of 25 dollars to check in early. The tile was cracked inside and out side. The werepieces of the awning missing. I took pictures. Could not believe everything that was wrong. Was hoping to send them to someone."

Hampton Inn Omaha West-Lakeside
10/10 Excellent
"Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast, nice pool and jacuzzi.
Over all is a great hotel and we enjoyed our stay."

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Central Omaha by IHG
8/10 Good
"Everything was very good, nothing poor or outstanding."

Best Western Plus Midwest Inn
6/10 Okay
"Hotel smelled - room appeared clean - but upon closer look the carpet was not swept. Musty smell on 3rd floor and in my room Lots of trash in parking lot too - not what I expected from this brand - although staff was friendly"

Hilton Garden Inn Omaha Downtown/Old Market Area
8/10 Good
"I booked and paid for a king room. I got a 2 queen room. My parking was comped, and we were given complimentary breakfast to offset this.
Beds were VERY firm, and pillows were less than ideal. But overall great stay and within walking distance to Steelhouse.
Random beer bottle lid on windowsill from previous people - wasn't sure how cleaning staff missed that. Did they miss other cleaning things?"
