"The reason for the high rating is not just the hotel, but the man at the front desk when we checked in was amazingly friendly and helpful. The hotel management should make sure he trains everyone of his helpful attitude."

"This property is very rundown. There was chipped and missing paint on the exterior doors leading into the rooms and inside the rooms as well. The bathtub looked dirty. The towels and bedding were clean. The staff was kind and courteous. The breakfast was very basic. I had oatmeal and a hard boiled egg. The icemaker was not working. Per the employee I asked, it’s part of the renovation. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice how rundown the property was when I booked my room on hotels.com. On a positive note the refrigerator and freezer worked very well."

"Walked into the room. Beds were made, but floor was not swept. Bathroom had a dirty toilet bowl, hair on the floor, and hair in the shower. The room they gave me wasn't even the one I had reserved. Reserved a single queen bed. They gave me a double."
