"Selvi , Abi and Madhu deserve to be recognised for their amazing service from the time we arrived for our 4 night stay , the girls were always smiling always helpful, we loved the daily towel art in our very clean and cool air conditioned room , then we enjoy the lovely pool and then we were spoilt rotten every morning with the delicious traditional Sri Lanka breakfasts , we give this hotel 6 stars "

"We had an amazing stay at Jetwing Lake. What a beautiful and unique property with a stunning pool! It was so easy to visit Sigiriya and the Eco Park from there. The staff were amazing. And the food was excellent. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffets each night. A very big thanks to the amazing staff who always went out of their way to make out stay even more amazing: Imantha, Ekanayake, Shan, Ashada, Kasun, Udithi, Halangoda, Madushan, Trileeshiya, Gimhani, Priyantha, Rizky, and the best from the housekeeping team, Sampath. "Disappointing Stay – Not as Advertised This hotel looked great in the Expedia photos, but upon arrival, it was a completely different story—false advertising at its finest. The property looked nothing like the pictures, and mosquitoes were a major issue throughout our stay. Right away, we encountered problems with the hot water in our room. After multiple calls to the front desk and waiting for maintenance, it took hours to fix, and even then, we only had lukewarm water. The entrance was dirty, the towels were old, and there were no amenities provided. The bed was okay, but that’s about the only positive thing I can say. Definitely not worth the stay."

"Loved our stay at Eden Garden whilst visiting the cultural triangle. Room clean, comfortable and spacious. All of the staff were excellent. Helped us organise trips in the area (Polonnaruwa, Sigiriya and Eco-park safari) as well as onward transport to our next destination. Sri Lankan breakfast and dinner was served with a smile and tasted amazing. Highly recommend rice and curry (various choices), served with different vegetable side dishes and sambal. We didnt feel the need to dine anywhere else the food was so good. Hotel also offered laundry service which was reasonably priced. Convenient location, 10 minute walk to Dambulla centre where you will find a choice of banks, Cargills supermarket and various shops."
