"This was my first to Marrakech and Morocco. I chose this accommodation because it was in a more quiet area of the city. That’s not to mean that it’s not accessible: it’s a beautiful oasis after you have walked all day navigating the Medina and souks. I did not have breakfast because I just didn’t. But dinners are available: no menu! You get what the chef decided to make. These were traditional Moroccan dishes: tagines, couscous and of course, the best mint tea.
My room was clean and well-appointed and I had my own washroom with shower. I don’t know if housekeeping is available because I didn’t ask. I was happy for my room to stay as I left it. I’m sure if I had asked, it would have been tidied up.
Now we get to what has to be the best part of the Riad: Simon and his team!! Any questions, any requests would be handled properly with a smile. All team members were so solicitous of the guests happiness and contentment. The service was easily comparable to any 5-star chain hotel, but without the expectation of giving out $$ all the time."

"Nice pool area. The waiters are nice. The management is terrible.
Gym is small / outdated. Treadmill doesn’t start at times and is narrow. Tennis court is good but the ball was old and only one.
Bath / toilet facilities don’t function properly.
Be careful when you book, so you don’t get asked for more money upon check out.
Breakfast is good but basic.
Tajines are great including couscous.
Skewers weren’t good. Meat too dry and tiny pieces.
You have to guess well how hungry you will be all day, you can only order food up to 10am.
Nothing close by to eat.

"Amazing place! It’s away from everything so it’s like your own little oasis. Small place with only a couple other guests. Beautiful property, great amenities, and fabulously maintained. The food and drinks were incredible. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have a good stay. They greet you no matter what time of the night (we arrived at 3am and the owner still met us with a smile) and say goodbye no matter when (we left at 6am). It is pricey but well worth the price! "

"It was a beautiful setting. Very quiet and perfect contrast to the bustle of the city. The rooms were so spacious and in beautiful Moroccan riad style. Staff very friendly and accommodating. "
