"To start on a positive note, the hotel lobby and restaurant looks clean and inviting. The staff was very polite. Also, the internet was quite stable and sheets and towels were clean. It smelled like mold in the hallway. Room floor was stained and always looked dirty. The phone in the room didn’t work so I couldn’t reach reception.
