"Hotel is situated 5-6 kms from Ernakulam city limits.I stayed there along with my family for 2 days. I preferred this hotel because of the name " Gokulam Gopalan" who is a well known business man in Kerala.As far as property is concerned, it's quiet beautiful. But I was really disappointed with the attitude & behaviour of staff, especially the front office staff. They are not trained enough to be courteous & pleasant towards the guests. There is a saying that "first impression is the best...
