"We had an amazing stay. The resort is truly what you see in the photos. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Being right on southern coast of Guatemala on the North Pacific Ocean is so wonderful. I recommend this as a vacation destination spot for anyone!"

"The staff was excellent. We had an issue with our shower and we joked with the staff about how it wasn't working correctly, and the staff was super apologetic and even gave a discount when they didn't have to do that. We loved the pool for cooling down and the food was delicious. The air conditioning was on the whole weekend and offered an excellent refuge from the heat during the day. Great location right by the beach and walking distance to popular clubs and restaurants. We had a great stay."

"La habitación es muy amplia y las camas muy cómodas, todo nuevo y limpio. Está ubicado a unas 2 cuadras de la playa pero el acceso es fácil. El parqueo es en el exterior de la propiedad pero es una zona bastante segura. El personal es muy amable y atento. Me gustó todo excepto que ponen música a todo volumen TODO el día por lo que no se puede descansar. Elegí el hotel por la piscina pero no la utilizamos ya que se veía sucia y me dio desconfianza."

"Great place to stay. Aracely and Wilbert are very kind and devoted to make your stay as perfect as possible. Only negative point is that the location given on the site is not the real one. The owner will only give it to you after you book and after you ask for it. Taxi had trouble finding."

"La piscina y la habitación muy bien, pero en el baño no hay jabón ni toalla para secarse las manos. El staff se mantiene en una habitación y hay que estarlos buscando para cualquier atención. Los controles de la TV no funcionan y el servicio de limpieza de la habitación, hay que solicitarlo. Creo que el hotel tiene mucho potencial pero el servicio debe mejorar. Solo hay una persona que hace la limpieza, me parece genial que le den la oportunidad a una persona con capacidades especiales, él si...

"A little further from the beach than expected based upon description on Expedia, but otherwise a nice, safe and clean place. Would definitely go back."
