"This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Firstly the location is one of a kind with direct close view of the Taj. Second the hotel is magnificent. Lastly, they take the idea of service to a whole different level. My son said that he wanted to record a guitar song on social media - later our personal concierge, unbidden, brought him a capo and guitar strings. Finally they insisted that we tag them so they could post on their site. Wow."

"This is definitely not a 4-star hotel. it’s more like a 1 or 2-star property. My wife did not feel safe during our entire stay, and I’m honestly glad we only stayed one night. The whole hotel needs major renovations. Pictures look nice but don’t be fooled!! This is similar in price to other actual 4-5 stars in the area. Do not stay here if you’re looking for nice and or safe. The staff at the front desk also tried to overcharge us for Taj Mahal tickets by asking to buy 3 tickets when we needed only 2 and get an extra fees of 50 rupees per ticket on top of the regular price, which felt very dishonest. The breakfast was disappointing as well. If we had arrived in Agra earlier, I would have left and booked another hotel, even if it meant losing the money for this stay. The current rating of this hotel feels very misleading. For another $20 USD, you can stay at a much better hotel like a Holiday Inn, and this property is nowhere near that standard. Sorry, but I cannot recommend this place."

"I enjoyed my stay here and for the price it offered all that you need for a great stay. It was very clean and had lots of amenities, the bed was comfortable and the space was great, it's location was also decent as only about a 20 minute drive to the Taj Mahal. I only stayed at this hotel for one night due to visiting the Taj Mahal so it was perfect for me. They also offered a Taj Mahal tour, although I had already booked my tour, this would have been great if I hadn't already. The kitchen staff, waitor/tresses, bus Men and security were all very kind, Great customer service from them however I Personally think some of the check in staff could've been more friendly as they didn't smile. When checking out the person at the front desk hardly acknowledged me, even after everything was complete and I said thank you to him, he didn't respond. The hotel it's self was good but some of the front desk check in people at the entrance of the restaurant and the main reception, made me feel unwelcome. Overall I give it a 3/5 because of the check in people at the front desk. If not I would have given it a 5/5"

"I strongly advise caution before booking this hotel. During my family recent stay, cash was stolen from my room while they were out dining inside the hotel premises. We immediately reported the matter to the manager, but the response was extremely disappointing. Despite repeatedly asking, no clear explanation or resolution was provided, and they refused to share the CCTV footage that could have helped clarify what happened. This is not just about the loss itself, but about the lack of accountability and transparency shown by the management. A hotel stay should feel safe and secure—here, I felt neither. I left with the impression that guest safety and trust are not taken seriously. Having travelled a lot in diff countries and continents to see it happens in my home town where we booked this it disappointing . Until they address these issues and implement proper security measures, I cannot recommend this hotel"
