"We had a triple room with a balcony - could sit outside and see the pyramids. Very clean room and amazing cleaning staff - each day we came home it was perfect. Great water pressure and hot water. Great showers. The pool is big enough to do short laps and is heated. The top floor restaurant has a great view of the pyramids and offers a good mix of food. We were here 8 nights so we had breakfast everyday and dinner for 4 of the nights. We had gone to other more much more expensive restaurants and it was on par. This location is down the road from the chaos immediately by the pyramids - we liked being close to the action but not stuck in it. We recommend this hotel."

"I had a great stay at the Pyramids Lounge. Ehab and Mohamad were extremely helpful in setting up tours of the pyramids, sakara/dashour and Alexandria. I would have been totally lost without them arranging everything. It was safe and informative and easy for me. I even left a bag of mine in the taxi from the airport to the hotel and Ehab was able to help me retrieve it! Really saved a disaster there. Would definitely recommend, price is great and the view of the pyramids during breakfast is amazing!"

Special thanks to Ahmed, who greeted me on my prior visit just to check out the hotel, and again yesterday when I arrived. Very professional. Thanks to the owners/operators. Gabrielle (sp) and Mohammad. Even all the guests were cordial. I met several from Ireland. I had a double room with city view just for me. I specifically book my room to determine if I wanted to rebook the following year, of which I already did. The rooms have been remodeled and are very clean. The terrace is so nice, especially at night with the view of the pyramids. I was lucky to be there doing a full moon where the moon was directly beside the pyramids. What a sight to see. You can also watch the skydivers early in the morning around the Pyramids. Breakfast is served in intervals over 30+ minutes or more. Basically, coffee/tea/juice earlier and then veggies and cheese etc, followed up by eggs, falafel and dessert. So, don't do what I did and fill up at the beginning and have no room for the rest!😅. Make sure to tip the cook(s). They do a fantastic job. Thanks to everyone that made my stay wonderful. *Just a heads up for future guests if you have never been to Giza before. This hotel is located in in the middle of the desert, just like the Pyramids, so you will see lots of dust/sentiment outdoors as you would in any desert city like in Phoenix, Arizona. USA, for example. Inside the hotel is pristine. "
