"Hotel is supposed to provide housekeeping every other day, which is first indication that service is not typical of Marriot property. When asked on second day for housekeeping to provide service, was met with rude response about every other day service only, so asked if minimally could supply toilet paper since minimal was provided (used roll) from beginning , as well as dry towels as no where to hang used to dry. Neither happened. On third day went out first thing expecting service, came back after lunch and nothing had been done, so reminded front desk when we went out and again came back at 4pm and nothing, so called and reminded again and asked for toilet paper asap - nothing. Went out at 6 pm for dinner and concert. Asked front desk again for service, etc. Told it was a busy day with checkouts, but would be done. Returned at 11:30 pm and nothing. Called again and told housekeeping was gone for the day. Had to go take toilet paper from lobby restroom. We checked out the next morning & when asked how stay was and reminded them of frustration with housekeeping, was told, “ya, that happens”."
