"The hotel is on an ideal location for exploring Dunfermline's ancient history sites which are all very close by. Slightly disappointed there was no information in the hotel itself. All the staff were friendly with the food being a highlight for me. Bed was very constable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return."

All of the basic/important things were top notch, and there were many nice touches, including indirect lighting and an abundance of electrical outlets. "The staff were super friendly and went out their way to help us. We arrived at 12.30 as we had a wedding to go to at Balbirnie House. We knew the room wouldn’t be ready for check in but the staff went out their way to turn our room around so we could drop our bags and have a quick freshen up before leaving at 1.15 for the wedding. The lady on reception also arranged a taxi for us. Thanks again."

Bed was comfortable with lovely clean white linen. Lovely en-suite bathroom with plentiful bath linen. Great value for money with breakfast included. "
