"Booked a king thru Expedia but hotel only had Queens when I arrived. Good amenities but not what I reserved. "

"I had no problem at all with my stay. The problem i have is that when i made the reservation on line i paid a deposit . When i checked in they charged me again. So i paid twice for the room. I originally thought that i would b credited baxk for one of the charges, but as of today that hasnt happned . I am very unhappy with this situation . I am going to have to drive back to the hotel and explain the problem to managment in the hope that i will be taken care of."

"It rained the night we arrived after a very long road trip and once we settled in we heard a loud dripping noise which turned out to be rain water dripping on the inside of the window frame. I went to the front desk to ask for towels, placed those in the window frame and that helped muffle the sound of the dripping rain water. Considering the price you pay per night, they did not have much to offer for breakfast, it is a very small town so not many options. Maybe if they added toast, bagels or danishes for breakfast then it would not be so bad. We were gifted a hotels.com gift card to help pay for this trip (due to the nature of the trip) and turned out this hotel does not accept hotels.com gift certificates. "
