"The hotel is an old fashioned motel style low rise block with room doors giving into the car park, a grassed area or a walkway. It was very clean, the air con worked well, the bed was comfortable, the shower was decent and it was very quiet. The manager gave us a room giving onto a grassy area in the shade as he knew we were travelling with a dog. In the evening we popped into his bar area and were served decent wine. We decided to stay for dinner which was simple home style french cooking, served quickly. Decent portions, very good service. The hotel is in a light industrial area some distance from the town centre. It could do with some renovation/updating but the manager is making it a very nice place to stay due to cleanliness and excellent swrvice"

"Air con was broken and no hot water"

"The hotel was clean and very comfortable. Our room was very large and the air conditioning was perfect. The front desk staff were welcoming and very friendly. We also enjoyed the exercise room on property and the location of the property. It was close to the highway as well as to the center of town. We were able to walk to coffee shops and restaurants. We would definitely reccomend this hotel!"

"Quiet, outside of town."

"Exceptional is probably the word I’m looking for (I’m honestly surprised it’s not rated 5x). A beautiful boutique hotel — much prettier and posher than the photos suggest. The pictures don’t do it justice. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, the rooms are cosy and thoughtfully designed, and the gardens and pool are simply stunning. Breakfast is superb — generous, high-quality, and beautifully presented. Honestly, I’m struggling to find a single fault. "

"Truly beautiful setting, wonderfully elegant. Dining on the terrace with hot air balloons floating on the horizon- so picturesque. Wonderful place. Indoor and outdoor pools provide excellent relaxation. Many good restaurants nearby, but we were happy breakfasting and dining at the chateau. "

"Only comment would be that there were a lack of power outlets in the foom & the bathroom would benefit from some tlc. The bar & restaurant were not open. I'm led to believe seasonal opening although on Hotels.com said that they were on site however should gave advised if open or not"
