"2nd time staying here. Excellent hotel with modern amenities. Love the pool and spa in the basement. Mahmet at the front desk really saved the day by providing me with a universal converter free of charge. Excellent customer service and so appreciated. Will definitely recommend and stay again. "

"The place was amazing! The room was small but I never really wanted more or felt cramped. It’s walking distance from many amazing restaurants and a grocery store. They only have laundry service but there is a really clean laundry mat near by if you want do it yourself. The public bus stop outside got us everywhere we needed and a hop on hop off also stops near by. Really nice place!!!"

"The experience was as expected and the room was comfortable besdie the pillows that was flat and uncomfortable. The only issue was that the WI-FI didnt work on the backside of the hotel where my room was located and had to go the lobby alot to connect to the WI-FI. Additionally they only give you one bottle of water at check-in and have to purchase more bottle water for your room if you need it. The hotel is very close to Munich Grand Terminal and was in walking distance (2 mins). Also was close to Old Town as well (5 mins). I would recommend this hotel again and if ever back in Munich would stay "
