The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Chris was especially kind and helpful. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. He made us feel like family. In addition, Grand Casamora is a great location with many shops within walking distance. We hope to be back for a longer visit. Highly recommended!"
