"We arrived at 2 and were told that checkin would not start until 3. We waited outside but quickly noticed others were being checked in and given rooms. I went back in and asked if check had started and was rudely asked "do you have a reservation" like she didn't recognize me from 5 minuted before. The front desk attendant was curt and did not make eye contact during check in. Subsequent contact with her during out stay was the same. She was unfriendly, not making eye contact and unpleasant. Our room was clean and in good working order except for the shower head had a buildup of mold/hard water scaling on it. I did not try the breakfast. The hot tub and pool area were clean and tidy. The property is conveniently located near resatuarants and shopping."
