"Cute, clean, good area. Not so good: hard bed, small pillow"

"They denied us the room due to my medical alert service dog. They claimed it was a pet even with my paper work, certificates and vest! Worse they lied to hotel.com claiming they would give us the room for an extra $100 and refused refund. We reserved and arrived less than 24 hrs later and we lost a room we did not use almost $400. They said my service dog was unsanitary to the other guests and refused us entry. At 9pm at night we had to find another hotel! Horrible experience "

"Worth traveling to Nicaragua just to visit this amazing Eco lodge. Such a fantastic vista , a very special place to unwind and relax. The hosts are very friendly and are great cooks so the food is very very good. They can recommend many local attractions, but also alow you to relax and enjoy the beautiful lodge."

"Very convenient location. Only one staff can speak English. I wish they put a doorbell in the front gate so they can hear that people are coming. They always lock the front gate and most of the time I have to shout to alert them that I’m at the gate. I wish they laundry the pillow cases, towels, and bed sheets so well, coz it smells musty. Breakfast is good. "

"We started our trip in Leon and had the most beautiful hotel for the same price. When we got to Granada and Los Corredores we were very disappointed and considered changing hotels if not for financial reasons. Our room was like a prison. All white, no art and it smelled like moth balls so strongly I could hardly breathe. "I traveled with the family for vacations and we decided to go to Granada before going to the beach. The hotel is nice, room js cozy, staff is lovely, but I saw the kitchen and it was not a nice view...."

"Absolutely beautiful location with gorgeous courtyard and pool. Advertised as A/C included but actually it's an additional cost. Made the mistake of not getting it, terrible sleeps due to insane heat in the rooms. The advertising is misleading but if you're ok with $10 ($20?) per night then get the A/C. Otherwise perfect. Breakfast included. "
