"They denied us the room due to my medical alert service dog. They claimed it was a pet even with my paper work, certificates and vest! Worse they lied to hotel.com claiming they would give us the room for an extra $100 and refused refund. We reserved and arrived less than 24 hrs later and we lost a room we did not use almost $400. They said my service dog was unsanitary to the other guests and refused us entry. At 9pm at night we had to find another hotel! Horrible experience "

"Absolutely beautiful location with gorgeous courtyard and pool. Advertised as A/C included but actually it's an additional cost. Made the mistake of not getting it, terrible sleeps due to insane heat in the rooms. The advertising is misleading but if you're ok with $10 ($20?) per night then get the A/C. Otherwise perfect. Breakfast included. "
