Greenfield Inn and Suites Elizabethtown, KY I65 Exit 94
8/10 Good
"They have done a great job at making an older hotel a decent one to stay. Well worth the rate charged. We only needed a bed for the night. Would stay there again. "

Red Roof Inn & Suites Cave City
8/10 Good
"Minor wear to the roof and door, nothing severe, just signs of age. Overall a good stay, clean room and good location."

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Elizabethtown
8/10 Good
"A place to shower and sleep on our way through the area.
Great location for us restaurant close by.
We were satisfied."

Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Elizabethtown, KY
8/10 Good
"The only complaint is the king bed was slightly tilted down towards the headboard. Just enough to be weird. We slept with our heads at the end of the bed and that was fine. Other than that, the stay and breakfast were acceptable and I would stay again."

Sleep Inn & Suites Cave City
4/10 Poor
"It appears updated and the room itself was spacious and the bed was comfortable. However, the TV was very small and positioned in the middle of the room in between the hot tub and the bed, so not sure who would be watching it. The tub was not clean and had a film of hair and soap scum. There was mold in the shower and considering the price of the hotel, it was the worst breakfast we've ever had. Options were: two waffle makers, two dry cereal choices, apples, and two yogurt varieties. That's it. It. No eggs, meat, pastries, toppings for the yogurt, etc. There was also only sugar-free syrup for the waffles. We wound up eating out every morning which added expense to our trip. The pool is super small and there are three exercise machines of low quality that are 10 or 15 ft away from a 30-in TV mounted up on the wall with a Max volume of 30. Definitely would not stay here again"

Days Inn by Wyndham Cave City
8/10 Good
"The location is the best out of all amenities. Easy to get into and also most shops are nearby. We will be back again."

Baymont by Wyndham Cave City
10/10 Excellent
"Staff was excellent, grounds were clean, breakfast was good."

The Lodge at Mammoth Cave
6/10 Okay
"The view of the woods was great!! The carpeting should have been replaced long ago. The shower easily let water all over the floor. The framed artwork on the walls were falling appart.
The associated restaurant was TERRIBLE. It was a Sunday and staff said they always ran out of many items on weekends. The shrimp that were left were terrible! A fan that could not be turned off was very loud and made conversation impossible!! "

Holiday Inn Express Horse Cave by IHG
4/10 Poor
"The price did NOT match the quality of the hotel. We changed rooms 3 times because of dirty sheets and old liquor bottles left in the room. The lobby floors were slick with water and filthy. I tried to call multiple times throughout the day of our check in to reserve a crib for our little one and could not get through to the front desk. They didn’t have any by the time we got there… When we arrived we learned there were no extra pillows and they weren’t receiving a shipment for 2 weeks. Also, the pool closed at 8 and that was the main reason we chose the hotel was so our children could enjoy swimming. The staff we spoke with were very nice, but not helpful for what we needed. I always try to stay at Holiday Inn Express if one is available, but this one is an absolute no-go for us again. $156 of dirt and disappointment."
