"We had a studio with kitchenette. Everything was great. Could have used a 12C. coffee pot. Btreakfast was more than sufficient- typical hotel food."

"Pros: Great restaurant and bar options. Friendly staff, and modern, clean rooms. Area is walkable if you're comfortable navigating some of the cons below. Cons: homeless roaming the streets. Lot's of late night partiers bar-hopping. Not a quiet street. No pool, spa or quiet work space if youre traveling for business."

"We actually didn't stay here. The building was sketchy and in much worse shape then advertised in the photos. It's a motel with doors on the outside, which wasn't clear from the photos. The hallway area was very scary and I did not feel safe staying there with my kids and dog. Thankfully, the staff at the desk along with the hotels.com staff granted us a refund."

"Accessible room was just that, accessible (one negative: it was on the first floor, but at the very back of the hallway). Excellent breakfast! My disabled partner found the bed at a good height, and comfortable. Sufficient and convenient number of accessible parking spaces. Convenient location to the highway and a main street."

"We’re a couple with a 3 year old and this place was perfect! We were here visiting family but also to do wonders of wildlife, the caves etc. the staff was super friendly and helpful and the amenities were perfect for a family. They even upgraded our room upon arrival since they were slow the days we were supposed to be here. We ended up extending our trip one more day because we loved the hotel so much and wanted a little more time. I especially loved having the Starbucks coffee right here in the hotel. We were able to go out and do activities in the morning, come back for a nap and some pool time and then go back out in the evening. It is clean, quiet, a great location and a unique stay for families that you wouldn’t expect in Springfield, Mo! We will definitely stay here again!!!"
