(Tip: ask Miguel to scoot you over to Anse La Roche for an unforgettable day/meal). Roxanne’s cooking at the restaurant was the best I’ve had in years. Delicious and gorgeously presented. "Hillsborough is a bit of a shanty town..all the action seems to be in Tyrell Bay now,but Jonas and his people do a great job in my view anyway. Light breakfast and good local menu at night including fresh seafood with a little Japanese local interpretation was very nice...no beach out the front...but I enjoyed my stay here..Thanks Jonas.. "
