"No cuentan con recepción, el cargo no se hace en expedía , se hace con ellos a otra cuenta después de que te informan q no se liquidó ( siendo que tú pones la tarjeta en expedía). El chico q está en l recepción por la mañana súper grosero ( si ya sabe cómo funciona nada le cuesta hacer un comentario para facilitar) los chicos de la tarde y noche muy accesible. JAMÁS TUVIMOS AGUA CALIENTE (pese que la reportamos) . “Por accidente” no nos dejaron tarjeta para uso de estacionamiento. Siempre tenía...

"Host was very unresponsive, checking in was even harder. After finally checking in I reached out to the hostess to inquire about Wi-Fi and there was no response later on after showering. There was no hot water throughout our stay. The host is never answered and just left me on red. It was a horrible experience. I hated this place. nothing was even set up for people to stay here Towels in the floor. Overall terrible experience and I’m leaving sick."
