"The staff were quite helpful. We were very grateful as they allowed us to checkout a little later than 11.00am so we did not need to hang around for too long before our departure to the airport. They also arranged the taxi for the airport. The room service was quite prompt. However the hotel room was dingy and bedding, towels etc were stained. The room and the corridors was smelly.
