"The entire staff was wonderful to us. They guided us on many instances when we needed directions or simply recommendations for things to do and see. The kitchen staff was also very attentive to our needs. Our special thanks go to the front office manager, Ms Gi. She went out of her way to help us and make us feel welcomed. She is certainly a great asset to the Sheraton organization!"

"We chose a beautiful suite with balconies overlooking the pool and ocean. We were delighted to discover the suite is nicer than the pictures on the hotel’s website. The breakfast facility is very good, with many stations of freshly prepared food to accommodate Western and Asian tastes. The grounds are well tended and the pool is spectacular. Staff is top-notch. Special thanks to Linh at front desk who went out of her way to communicate with the local football club and get tickets for us. The only thing I don’t like about the hotel is the facial recognition technology it uses for restaurant entrance. "

"The room was amazing. The value for the dollars paid was ver high. The beds were comfortable, everything was spotless. Staff were friendly. They delivered a feast for breakfast to our villa."

"Hotel is compromised by age/weather damage, rains inside, windows missing (assume from previous storms). Very damp throughout, including all windows in restaurant leaking, lack of western choices for breakfast, dinner menu had lots not available throughout stay and no alternatives in walking distance in small town. Not sure this hotel is fixable or needs to be re-placed/rebuilt. "

"Unfortunately this hit by the typhoon the night got there but we did not get notified of the hotel had no guest staying except us and also we had no internet, no air con, no way of communication as nobody spoke any English. They could have us the option to move us to another hotel and they too busy trying to their hotel back to some working order than to look after us."
