"4 kişilik ailemde, çocuklarım büyüdüğü için artık 2 oda tutma ihtiyacım oluyor, bu yüzden burayı tercih etmiştim. Bir apartman dairesi tutuyorsunuz temel olarak. Otelin şehir merkezinde ve eski şehirdeki turistik mekanlara oldukça yakın. Temiz değil diyemesem de belki de belirttikleri konseptten dolayı tam bir temizlik hissi uyandırmıyor insanda. Personel oldukça yardımcı ve içtenler. Sınırlı bütçe ve 2 oda ihtiyacınız var ise kısa süreli kalışlar için planlanabilir. "

"Hotel buliding was perfect, but i cannot say the same thing for the staff. Good behaviour without professionalism. I reserved twin bed, but they gave me double bed. I room they wanted to transfer us was dirty which a person left there couple of hours ago and our arrive time was like 5pm."

"Although the city was decimated by two earthquakes within nine hours of each other, 2 1/2 years ago, the hotel was clean, with comfortable beds, excellent showers, air conditioning that worked, and a friendly helpful staff. The typical Turkish breakfast had about 40 items, very healthy and delicious. The town is rebuilding and this hotel was great."

"The whole suite was outstanding. Right from the sitting room, the bedroom suite, having a jacuzzi in thei room for me was the first experience. Then the bathroom with a regular shower, a steam bath,sauna. The staff was extremely nice, helpful and the big plus spoke english. I will definitely recommend thıs hotel to anyone that likes luxury. "

"So disappointed with the lack of cleanliness in our room, which frankly should not be sold as such. The swimming pool closed at 1750 instead of the advertised 2000 hours so we could even have a swim. There were no cleaning materials for the kitchen and the cutlery was filthy. Enough morning / just awful. "

"Es wird eine gute Arbeit unter schwierigsten Bedingungen geleistet. Ein großer Teil der Umgebung ist vom Erbeben 06.02.2023 zerstört und bisher nur teilweise geräumt. Ich war bei den Menschen dort sehr gut aufgehoben. Nur wenn Gäste kommen verdienen sie dort notwendiges Geld. Vielen Dank. "
