The staff was lovely, the baths were very peaceful, the breakfast delicious and all the spaces in the hotel allowed for intense relaxation. Highly recommend getting a massage and taking the tour to visit Ginzan Onsen. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. "

"Very close to train station and has a 24/7 supermarket literally across the street. Breakfast contains a variety of homemade Japanese dishes and is delicious. Room is small and good for solo traveler but the rate is great."

"The service was amazing. The food at the hotel was amazing, especially the dinner. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a private onsen in our room which was really a bonus. The public onsens were also very clean and well maintained. The 8F one had great views. The rooms were very spacious. Amenities were great. We loved everything about this hotel and would definitely come back"
