"The hotel was very nice and kept up well. The room was very spacious and clean. We only stayed one night, but it was very nice!! We ended up just driving to Busch Gardens, but the shuttle service they offer is a very nice ammenity."

"My stay was excellent. I booked a one-night getaway for my birthday and mentioned at check-in that I was there to relax and celebrate. The gentleman who checked me in gave me a complimentary drink coupon and waived my parking fee in honor of my special day, which was a thoughtful touch. When I got to my room, the keys didn’t work, so I went back to the front desk. The same staff member quickly fixed the issue and apologized profusely. He also thanked me for handling the situation calmly, which I appreciated. Overall, the service made my birthday stay very enjoyable. "
