" No staff available from early evening. Tried to cancel online booking. Security guard on duty unable to help. Staff next a.m. said it had to be done through website. Enlisted Expedia help but no response for 5 days. "

"The location is fine but when we arrived, they had no record of our Expedia booking. They then put us into a tiny room near the entrance, barely enough room for our luggage. My wife asked for an extra pillow and was told it was not possible. I then went and insisted and an extra pillow was reluctantly produced. The aircon is good and the wifi is fine but when booking, make sure you are confirmed and request a photo of the room so they don't put you into that shoe box."
