Aureo La Union

8/10 Good

"This is a great location to stay at if you are headed to La Union. Aureo is super close to being a 5 star review, they were just missing the little details that separate from "Good" to "Excellent". We had to ask for several items in our room that are basics (slippers, body soap, shampoo, extra towels). Once asked for, the staff responded immediately however we should not have had to ask for those things when booking a villa suite. Property is well maintained however there are still areas that need to be up kept throughout the property. Nothing too major, just detail things that separate properties from each other. Overall, a great place to stay. Excellent service, Good Spa, Breakfast buffet was also very good."

"Its a privilege to stay here. From the moment they able to accommodate you if your early for your check in until your check out. Front desk staff are very professional and accommodating. Breakfast is a bonus to have in AM before your go on with your day .The room is exquisite modern clean and authentic. Kudos to the security., house keeping , wait staff . My gratitude. THANK YOU"

"Early pool access was a plus! Buffet breakfast was wonderful -very tasty and generous servings-coffee🙌 nice and strong!!! Staff was so friendly and willing to help. Onda Restaurant could use some more training- very inefficient-we asked for glasses for water ( and water) 5+ times with different staff and several members of our party (9 of us) asking. At one point I went up to the counter to ask and still nothing for a bit. Food was tasty! Found a dead cockroach on the bathroom floor- otherwise clean and decor was very beautiful in our villa💗Air conditioning was nice- very comfortable stay! So worth the procand we were all very happy and had a wonderful family gathering. Will come back again!"
