"The POW hotel was on the bucket list for years. The history, the look and the terrain in Waterton NP made it a must do. It not only lived up to the expectations, but sincerely was a dream come true. The place itself was magnificent, the town and surrounding area were magical, but the employees stole the show. All young people. From 16 year old Arthur, to Blake, Vlad, Amelia, Rosie and Lucky, the employees are what make this place memorable. I felt like these employees could teach Chik-Fil-A a lesson in customer service. Lol
Try the dining room, the tea experience, listen to the 7 PM history lesson daily, spend time just looking out those big beautiful windows at Waterton lake, and be transported to a simpler place and time.
