"WiFi not working, rude unhelpful staff "

"The facility was average and that's okay. Everything was clean and comfortable. A few deficiencies. Tissue box was empty. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner bottles were all empty as well. Housekeeping needs to have some sort of followup. Staff seemed to be bothered by our presence. I got a a perfunctory welcome at check in. At breakfast the coffee urn was empty. Went to the front desk to get it filled and was told to use the urn in the lobby. It just had a half a cup. Eventually the coffee urn was refilled but the attitude of the person was one in which she made me feel I inconvenienced her by interrupting her book reading and/or phone use. Next time I visit Fitzgerald, we will try another hotel."

"What we liked was being so close to Olive Garden. Walked across the street and had dinner there. The hotel was modern and convenient."

"Clean room, comfortable bed. Microwave and small refrigerator in room. Nice breakfast before you head out for the day."

"The front office looks nothen like this. There is no breakfast that I could find. The ice machine was leaking water all over the hallway. The room was not bad or dirty but the curtains looked like a cat had lived in the room. No plugs to charge more than one thing by the bed. I use a CPAP machine so my phone had to be on the desk. The beds are very high so you have to jump in if you are short. I wont be back for the $140.00 I paid for one night. You could also hear all walking upstairs and next door. As a last minitue booking, but know this is not a true picture of this lobby. Not at all. "

"The property was very clean and the staff was friendly. Hot breakfast had many selections and was very fresh. Parking was easy and there are several restaurants nearby. Easy on and off the road if traveling through. A great stop. Rooms were large and comfortable."

"We could not get handicapped room as requested! Hotel blamed Expedia for the mixup and said they could not help us! I will look at other hotels in future! Guess you get what you pay for!"
